us so we can ensure that we have all the
necessary details to expedite your claim.

Tips to Expedite Your Claim
- Report your claim to us immediately (see below
for contact info),
- Protect your property from any further damage.
- Document names, contact information, and
conversations with witnesses, adjusters,
appraisers, police officers, etc.
- Obtain written repair and/or replacement
estimates for your damaged property
- Be honest and co-operative with your claims
adjuster.
- Discuss the claims procedure with your
adjuster, i.e. ask what is the next step and when
will they be contacting you again.
